Pediatric Cardiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Cardiologist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Paediatric Cardiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with congenital heart disease.

• Deliver high-quality care to children with congenital heart disease, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex cardiac conditions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for the management of children with congenital heart disease.
• Contribute to the education and training of medical students, junior doctors, and other healthcare professionals in the field of paediatric cardiology.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to children with congenital heart disease, including cardiologists, surgeons, anaesthetists, and other specialists.

• Full and specialist registration in either AIM or GIM with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Evidence of thorough and broad training and experience in paediatric cardiology and cardiac intervention.
• Ability to take responsibility for delivering service without direct supervision.
• Participation in continuing professional development (CPD) scheme and, where relevant, evidence thereof.
