Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Solutions team at Study International. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Gather and analyze customer information, identify root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Technical Support and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our products.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Transfer: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and customers, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of their technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
