Job Title: Year 2/3 Teacher

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2/3 Teacher to join our team at a Primary school that prioritizes the well-being and education of its students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a group of primary level students, delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons, and maintaining a well-organised classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of students
  • Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work effectively with other members of staff to achieve school goals
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
  • Have recent experience as a Primary level Supply Teacher – Key Stage 1
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
