Teaching Assistant Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of students across year groups. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Supporting the development of student's social, emotional and academic skills
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a related subject such as childcare, education or health and social care
- Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role
- A strong commitment to supporting the needs of all students, including those with SEN
