Mental Health Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our established Memory Services Teams, providing expert care for individuals with early signs of dementia. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that conducts SLT assessments, aids in diagnosis, and provides communication interventions.

Key Duties
• Work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that focus on recovery and well-being;
• Manage complex caseloads effectively, coordinating discharge planning and related tasks;
• Utilize extensive knowledge of mental health needs to deliver training sessions and support condition management;
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and participate in clinical governance initiatives.
