Patent Litigation Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Patent Litigation Associate to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the Patent Litigation team, you will play a crucial role in handling various types of patent disputes, including infringement, validity, and ownership issues.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent litigation and be comfortable working within partner-led teams. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams on related matters such as life sciences regulation, competition law, and licensing disputes. Additionally, you will engage in business development activities and contribute to knowledge management within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling patent disputes, including infringement, validity, and ownership issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on related matters

  • Managing and mentoring junior lawyers (depending on seniority)
Requirements
  • First-rate legal skills and experience in patent litigation
  • A strong interest in business development and client-facing activities
  • The ability to fit naturally into a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
