About the Role:

The Operations Finance Lead will be responsible for leading the operational finance and admin team, ensuring timely and accurate customer billing, and ownership of debt recovery. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate reports using Excel and Power BI, supporting improvement programmes to aid profitability and business growth, and maintaining ethical standards and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational finance and admin team
  • Obtain formal consent from customers on a weekly basis to ensure alignment between the DigiHaul system and customer finance reports
  • Timely and accurate customer billing, and ownership of debt recovery
  • Prepare accurate reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Support improvement programmes to aid profitability and business growth
  • Maintain ethical standards and financial governance
  • Ensure DigiHaul compliance standards are met and work instructions are followed
  • Support weekly and monthly reconciliations, supporting invoice processing, PO receipting/updating

Requirements:

  • A customer-centric approach to finance and operations
  • A good understanding of finance metrics and tools
  • Computer literate and ability to learn how to use a bespoke operations and finance system (DigiHaul platform)
  • Excellent Microsoft apps experience - inclusive of Excel, Teams, Outlook
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to business needs when required
