About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Analyst to join our team at Browne Jacobson. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Administer user accounts and manage access to IT systems.
- Configure and maintain Windows environments, Microsoft Office suite, and system management software.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades and installations.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ITIL foundation v3 or 4 qualifications (desirable).
Working Arrangements:
- This role will be based in our London office, with occasional travel to other offices.
- Weekend and out-of-hours work may be necessary for project implementations or office moves.
