About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Barclays Bank UK PLC as a Finance Analyst Graduate. As a graduate in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts, trends, and insights.
  • Compile regular reports, scorecards, and presentations based on analysis for senior management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders.
  • Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision-making.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues, facilitate individual or group training sessions, and develop and maintain training materials.
  • Utilize data and data points in various forms to derive financials for key decision-making and support strategic conversations with senior leaders.
