Senior Cooking Team Member

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Lincoln, United Kingdom. As the second-in-command, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Supervise the kitchen team, maintaining a smooth operation during service and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. They will also be able to train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits including staff discounts on food and beverages, access to culinary training and development programs, and a positive and creative work environment.
