FP&A and Performance Reporting Role

LGC Group is seeking a skilled FP&A and Performance Reporting Analyst to join our Assure Finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering performance reports, quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and ad-hoc business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver accurate and informative weekly/monthly business performance reports to leadership and team members.
  • Assist in creating the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, managing inputs, processes, and outputs.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems for strategic insight, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across P&L, CAPEX, and working capital.
  • Enhance performance analytics and reporting dashboards using systems like Tableau, providing business insights on trends, product/sector breakdowns, and regional/customer breakdowns.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support for priority Assure & Group Finance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent business and commercial foresight.
  • Personable, with a strong commitment to team outcomes.
  • Quick to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Results focused and process focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (report building, analytics, pivot tables).
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, or Workday Adaptive Insights.
