Psychologist in Residential Care

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will provide high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and support to children in residential care. You will work closely with other professionals, including therapists, assistant psychologists, and trainee psychologists, to deliver a comprehensive range of services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families. A strong understanding of child development, learning theory, and mental health principles is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A salary of up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus mileage and benefits, makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced psychologists.
