KS2 Primary Class Teacher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Primary Class Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the unique needs of students, promoting inclusive and effective learning.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to achieve their best.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience for students.
  • Parental Engagement: Establish open and effective communication channels with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and opportunities for parental involvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
  • Thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for delivering high-quality education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive school culture.
