About The Role

Job: Hybrid Branch Manager

Estimated salary: £25,380 per year (OTE £32,400)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Hybrid Branch Manager. As the main point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for buying cars and ensuring the efficient running of the branch.

  • Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with the back office and work colleagues as needed.
  • Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

Requirements:

  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
