**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a leading care home in Northern Ireland. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest possible standards of care and resident experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care and promote choice and independence for residents
* Achieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and care plans
* Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies and develop an excellent reputation
* Develop personal relationships with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life
* Deputise in the overall management of the care home, including production of reports, budgets, and Quality of Life monitoring
* Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents, and visitors to the Home

**Requirements**

* Experience of managing a team and ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately
* Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
* Ability to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code
* Experienced in working in the healthcare sector
* Driven and motivated, with a commitment to quality care

**What We Offer**

* An excellent salary of £21.24 per hour and an annual salary of £43,074.72
* A permanent full-time role for 39 hours a week, working through days
