About Takis: Takis is a globally beloved snack known for its bold, intense flavors and iconic rolled shape. With the launch of this new factory, Takis will become even more accessible to UK consumers, marking an exciting milestone for the brand.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team at the new Grupo Bimbo factory in Mexborough. As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment. If you have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for working in a fast-paced industrial environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient operation of the factory
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality within the factory

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues at all levels
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights
