Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Limited.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance, working with specialist equipment and contributing to the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and rectify breakdown problems using Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Complete quality inspections on jobs and ensure correct use of engineering stores
  • Deal with emergencies and unplanned problems, as well as supporting installations
  • Recognise opportunities to improve health and safety policies and procedures
  • Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) and servos
  • Follow all site procedures and perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks
Requirements:
  • Level 3 (City & Guilds or NVQ based) or above in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance
  • 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Ideal Level 2 food safety qualification or above
  • Previous experience working with specialist equipment and FMCG experience
