About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Quality Adult Skills Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality adult education programmes, ensuring that they meet the needs of adult learners and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver training programmes that meet the needs of adult learners.
  2. Conduct quality audits to assess the effectiveness of adult education programmes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that programme delivery meets the needs of adult learners.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and regulatory bodies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in educational regulations and funding guidelines.

Requirements

  1. Strong understanding of adult education principles and practices.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  4. Proven track record of improving the quality of adult education programmes.
  5. Hold relevant qualifications, such as Assessor and IQA.
