About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving store performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit stores to ensure operational compliance, efficiency, and productivity
  • Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams
  • Empower teams to achieve KPIs and maintain high standards
  • Create an environment where teams can excel, in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles

Requirements

  • Proven experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results
  • Ability to understand complex reports and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives
  • Drive to learn and stay up-to-date with the ever-changing aspects of our business
  • Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts, and processes
  • Full UK Driving License
