Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business. Our client, an environmental technology company based in Swindon, has developed from a research company to a commercial organisation with initial sales to several large multinational customers.
This role is part of the finance team supporting the production capabilities of the business through liaison with staff at their two sites, including Stock Control. The Head of Partnerships will benefit from your standard costings and pricing expertise.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description
You will provide finance support to the Manufacturing Site Manager and Commercial Managers throughout the business. Your proactive approach will involve liaison with staff at the two sites to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Qualified Accountant or QBE
• Experience of Manufacturing Accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Firmness of purpose
• Up to date IT skills including intermediate/advanced excel
• Pro-active approach
• A team player
• Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in team settings
