Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
  • Assist with moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
