The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a class of 6-8 pupils, each with their own unique needs and challenges. Our school prides itself on its 'Good' Ofsted review and its commitment to empowering pupils to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour in a positive and creative way
  • Working as part of a team to deliver education and training to pupils
  • Providing personal care and support to pupils where necessary
  • Using initiative to support learning and adapt to individual needs
Requirements:
  • Personal or professional experience working with children and/or young people (desirable but not essential)
