Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering on new launches, innovative, branded, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a legal lead and partner to the commercial business, providing input into strategy, risk assessment, and commercialization to support growth.
  • Assisting in the launch of innovative products and biosimilars, ensuring regulatory compliance and trading standards.
  • Working closely with the UK/SE & NL-Nordics General Counsel and the wider North-West Hub legal teams.

Requirements:

  • Approx. 5-7 years' experience within the pharmaceutical or health sector.
  • UK qualified, preferably with some experience of operating in an in-house legal function.
  • Proven commercial acumen and business partnering experience.
