About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Centre Manager, supporting local centres within a reasonable travel time and leading in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation. No two days are the same so you will need to be open to change, adaptable, and ensure that the team are on board and motivated to constantly move forwards with the ever-changing environment that adapts to meet our customers' needs and demands.

The successful candidate will have fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry, experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management. Engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment training is essential. £33,000 - £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting local centres within a reasonable travel time
  • Leading in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation
  • Ensuring the team are on board and motivated to constantly move forwards
  • Managing P&L and optimizing profit
  • Meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
  • Managing KPI's
