Retirement Village Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Care-at-Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Care-at-Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a retirement village in Oxfordshire, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to residents.
About the Role:- You will lead a team of care professionals, guiding and supporting them to deliver safe and effective care to residents
- Developing strategies to strengthen clinical practice and resident care, you will work closely with senior professionals to develop systems, processes, and practices
- Your key responsibilities will include managing staff levels, ensuring all units comply with CQC standards, and maintaining a safe environment for residents
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to empower their team, and put residents at the heart of everything they do. They will also share knowledge and experience of quality improvement and cultivate an open and honest culture amongst their team.
What We Offer:- An annual salary of £80,000, plus a guaranteed 20% bonus (£8,000)
