Customer Support and Services Engineer - Graduate Programme

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Customer Support and Services team as a Graduate Programme Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new support processes and procedures
