Job Opportunity: Customer Support and Services Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Customer Support and Services team as a Customer Support and Services Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your university learning to real-world engineering projects and technologies.

About the Role:

As a Customer Support and Services Engineer, you will be responsible for working directly with our customers, including the Royal Navy, Army, and Royal Air Force, to ensure our products are ready for action when they are required. You will be part of a dynamic team that works across the entire Product Life Cycle, from concept to disposal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing support solutions for our products
  • Investigating and resolving customer-raised problem reports
  • Delivering specific engineering tasks
  • Running equipment workshops with our customers
  • Developing technical publications and training material
  • Assisting with repair activities
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a candidate who is currently studying for a degree in any engineering discipline. You should have a strong understanding of engineering principles and be able to apply them to real-world problems. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
