Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to children, acting as a mentor and supervisor to staff, and taking the lead in maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the work of Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers, leading shifts, building positive relationships with children, and promoting best practices in child care and support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and young people in a similar setting and possess strong interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our children.
