Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built care home in the Aberdare, Mid Glamorgan area. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to support staff, ensuring the safety and dignity of residents
  • Maintain skills and knowledge, ensuring care is delivered according to the latest guidelines and best practice evidence
  • Ensure the ongoing safety of service users, residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes
  • Maintain clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery
  • Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
  • Take charge of the unit regularly and accept responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the unit
  • Help maintain the security of the building and its environment
Requirements:
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
