CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial building in London.

As an integral part of the maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of this dynamic environment. Your expertise in electrical systems will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient working space for tenants.

Responsibilities
  • Execute preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and promptly address reactive maintenance requests related to electrical systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team, leveraging your skills to contribute to diverse tasks as needed.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC equipment, including AHUs and FCUs.
  • Conduct thorough PAT testing to ensure electrical safety standards are met.
  • Contribute to general building maintenance activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Respond efficiently to helpdesk requests, accurately assessing the nature of problems and executing necessary repairs.
Requirements
  • Possess a Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent).
  • Hold a valid 18th Edition certification (if electrically qualified).
  • Demonstrate proven experience working within a large commercial building environment.
  • Provide verifiable copies of your trade certificates.
  • Exhibit a strong track record in commercial building maintenance, showcasing your multi-skilled capabilities.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
