Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead Women's Aid through its next strategic phase, driving transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve the organization's vision.
  2. Lead the senior leadership team to ensure effective execution of the strategy.
  3. Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to ensure alignment and oversight.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including survivors, staff, and external partners.
  5. Ensure the organization's services are safe, effective, and survivor-led.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving transformation and growth.
  2. Strong commitment to feminism, empowerment, support, and equality.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
