Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development opportunities to those pursuing a career in early years education.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting apprentices in their journey towards becoming qualified early years professionals. To succeed in this position, you will need a strong passion for making a positive impact on the next generation of early years educators.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and implement apprenticeship programs that meet industry standards and requirements.
  2. Evaluate Apprentice Progress: Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback, ensuring they meet the required standards and outcomes.
  3. Foster Knowledge Development: Support apprentices in developing their knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and educational practices.
  4. Manage Records: Maintain records of apprentice progress, attendance, and assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  1. A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or higher).
  2. An assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or D32/D33.
  3. Experience working in an early years setting, with a solid understanding of child development and early education practices.
  4. A teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).

This is a rewarding opportunity based in the North West region with a salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and be able to support apprentices in achieving their goals.
