Via is revolutionizing transportation globally, focusing on accessibility and sustainability.

As we expand in Europe, we're seeking a Customer Support Agent. You'll collaborate with our Operations team to build and operate exceptional on-demand services. Expect comprehensive introductions to operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility.

This role can be performed remotely, provided you're based in Germany or England. Please note that this position is also referred to as "Support Operations Agent".

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by providing telephone and email support.
  • You will work flexible shifts tailored to your lifestyle, with suitable shift bonuses for nighttime work, Sundays, or public holidays.
  • You will guarantee that our drivers and passengers receive optimal support, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • You will prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • You will have ample opportunities to grow professionally and increase your compensation accordingly.

About You:

  • You possess fluent German (at least C1 level) and proficient English language skills.
  • You are an effective communicator who adapts tone according to context.
  • You enjoy offering advice and support over the phone.
  • You remain composed under pressure and develop creative solutions in real-time.
  • Even without prior call center experience, you're eager to learn and deliver excellent service.
  • You share Via's mission to enhance mobility accessibility and reduce carbon emissions.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern IT tools.

What We Offer:

  • A 100% remote work arrangement, requiring residence in Germany or England.
