Senior Sales Operations Agent: Enhancing Customer Experience

This exciting role involves providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, acting as a product and process expert for daily sales operations tasks, including reservations, ticketing, trade/corporate account support, group sales, and sales administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring alignment with Standard Operating Procedure for sales operations functions, adhering to QR's global sales/sales operations principles.
  • Serving as a product knowledge expert for trade support tasks, supporting reservations, ticketing, FFP, One World, Beyond Business, and Corporate queries.
  • Assisting Sales Operations Agents with queries and escalations, ensuring efficiency and quality services.
  • Maintaining and generating reports as required by the reporting Line Manager.
  • Following up with customers and trade partners on enquiries and requests.
  • Guiding junior Sales Operations Agents, particularly new joiners, in QR processes and policies, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Amadeus awareness.
  • Fares and ticketing exposure.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • A valid authorization to work lawfully in the UK.

Estimated salary for this role in London, UK is around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
