Job Description

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience at YHA Borrowdale. You will work closely with the rest of the team to provide top-notch service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous, but not essential.

Benefits

As a member of our team, you can enjoy free staff accommodation at a rate of £63.70 per week. We also offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, which will rise to £12.21 in March in line with the National Living Wage.
