Job Title: Account Development Manager (Telesales)

The Account Development Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets. They oversee performance, analyze sales data, develop strategies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of telesales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives.
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies in collaboration with marketing to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance.
  • Organize regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present them to senior management.
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure high-quality service and compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer messaging and to gather insights for improving sales processes.
  • Address issues related to sales performance, customer complaints, and operational inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a sales-related role, with at least 2-5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and use it to inform strategies.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM (ideally Hubspot) systems and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company's products or services.
  • Familiarity with remote sales or managing teams across different locations.
