About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Field Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Wowcher. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our sales team has the data and insights needed to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales teams with data and insights to inform product decisions and drive sales growth
  • Oversee the build of email sends using various data sources and KPIs to inform merchandising decisions
  • Cover for the Head of Merchandising Analysis in their absence
  • Lead the visual merchandising of the shopping page, refreshing deals daily and showcasing new products
  • Lead the weekly trade meeting, providing insights into deal and category performance and suggesting improvements to drive revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to sales teams to improve the quality of deal submissions
  • Manage a team of two, carrying out weekly 121s, setting objectives and monitoring progress
Requirements
  • Confident analysis of large volumes of data, including the ability to check the work of others
  • Strong Excel skills, with SQL a plus
  • Passion for product, e-commerce, and trends in consumer buying habits
  • Strong leadership and commercial awareness skills
