About the Role

As a Support Worker with Dimensions, you will be working with a young lady who has learning disabilities, Smith Magenis Syndrome, ADHD, and PTSD. Your role will be to support her to live safely in the community, develop effective ways to communicate her needs, and understand relationships and her own health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the individual to increase her independent living skills, including meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Support with all aspects of personal care.
• Develop effective ways to communicate the individual's needs and develop empathy for others.
