Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Officer to join our team at Creative Support Ltd in Stockport. As a Quality Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in social care good practice and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will receive full support and training in the role, along with regular supervision and support.

You will be responsible for visiting services nationwide, requiring national travel. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organization that supports over 6,000 vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • To maintain accurate records of your visits and interactions with service users.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, providing updates on your progress and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have proven experience in social care good practice, preferably at a senior level or in a closely related field. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £23,500 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
