Job Overview

The Open Society Foundations is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Management Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data processing in Workday or the provider's payroll processing system for designated locations.

The successful candidate will have prior experience successfully managing global payroll, effectively manage work with efficiency in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow initiatives through to completion, with strict deadlines and without loss of attention to detail, budget and reporting.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, and a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate data processing in Workday or the provider's payroll processing system for designated locations
* Prepare various accounting papers, schedules, exhibits, and summaries for audit and compliance for designated locations
* Conduct accounts reconciliation with support for the locations under purview
* Adhere to the payroll calendar for designated locations and ensure it is communicated to employees

Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level, ideally in a related area
* Prior experience successfully managing global payroll
* Ability to conduct internal process audits, taking corrective actions
