Contract and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator/ Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer data and driving results through accurate database administration.
You will work closely with our customer service team to resolve any issues that may arise and provide exceptional customer service at all times. A key aspect of this role will be maintaining accurate records and ensuring that customer information is up-to-date.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum will be offered, along with benefits including a generous pension scheme and bike-to-work scheme.
