We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Burwell area of Cambridge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic chores
  • Assist clients with community activities, outings, and social engagements
  • Work under the guidance of medical personnel to assist with prescribed rehabilitation programs, including dressing management
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by HomeCareDirect)
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (due to client location)
  • Good use of English and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel with clients for holidays if required
  • Commitment to company policies and confidentiality, treating clients with dignity and respect
Benefits

Our organisation offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.40 - £15.05 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including:
