About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Economics Strategist with a strong background in health economics and market access. The ideal candidate will have developed and shepherded various submissions to NICE, SMC, NCPE, HAS, and G-BA. They will provide strategic advice to pharma/biotech clients and engage in scientific selling. The role involves leading project teams, providing guidance to junior staff and contractors, and overseeing projects with limited or no guidance from senior management.

The successful candidate will be able to scientifically sell new work to new and existing clients, lead proposal development, delegate activities, and identify and resolve issues within project teams. They will also contribute to company direction, staffing, and workload decisions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or PhD in a medical-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics. They will have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in health research, health economics, or a related field. Strong strategic, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities are essential. Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills are also required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, EVERSANA offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
