Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (8:30 am to 5 pm) with hybrid working arrangements (4 days in the office, 1 day from home). Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our CEO and COO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary/Calendar Management: Manage the CEOs and COOs calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Email Management: Efficiently manage emails, prioritize messages, and maintain an organized system, learning the voice and tone of executives over time to respond to low-level emails.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, finishing projects without dropping anything and taking ownership.
  • Recruitment Support: Participate in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Payroll and Bookkeeping Assistance: Send payroll information to accountants, assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, or manage a bookkeeper with tasks such as managing expenses, invoices, and financial records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strong resolution skills with minimal supervision, ambitious, extremely organized, not transactional but takes initiative, very confident with calendar management, very confident with email management, have strong project management skills with an acute attention to detail and the tools, excellent verbal and written communication skills with high energy and a great attitude, tech-savvy, proficiency in G Suite, discretion and confidentiality, problem solver, strive for continuous improvement and learning, great interpersonal skills and natural relationship-maker, can-do and get-it-done attitude, resourceful, ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload, flexibility to attend to urgent or changing needs, adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in recruitment and basic bookkeeping is ideal but not required.

Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
