Executive Chef

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting a passionate and ambitious Chef to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will also play a key role in ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality food that meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
* Oversee menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
* Ensure that our food services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
* Collaborate with other members of the food services team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Chef or in a similar role
* City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Experience supervising a team
* Flexible approach to working
