E3 Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Manager to oversee the safe management and efficient running of maintenance teams in the Humber Region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience within maintenance, with a proven track record in managing safe systems of work practices. This role requires the ability to demonstrate expertise in permit control, risk assessments, and method statements, as well as experience managing teams both on-site and remote workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
  • Prepare and submit CAPEX funding requests for maintenance tasks
