Job Opportunity with a Successful Financial Planning Organisation

mbf is working with a well-established, fully independent financial planning organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser. Our client is a reputable business that provides comprehensive financial solutions to clients across various regions.

About the Role

The organisation is seeking to recruit a Financial Adviser to join their team to take over a substantial book of clients. The Managing Director has an extensive client portfolio and is looking to hand off a large amount of these clients so they can focus on growing the business - the client bank you will be inheriting will be in the region of £30M AUM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic financial advice tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a financial adviser, preferably in an independent capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building and managing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Benefits

Basic salary circa £50,000 (although this can be flexible for the right individual) + performance-based bonuses.
