Senior HR Advisor

Sitka Recruitment Ltd is seeking a collaborative and customer-focused HR professional to join their experienced and talented HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work in a dedicated HR team, supporting approximately 1000 staff across multiple sites near Swansea.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the HR team to provide training and development opportunities for staff.
