About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to join our facilities management team at Randstad Construction and Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of compliance and best practices across our facilities, and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in QHSE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QHSE management, including developing and implementing policies, procedures, and management systems. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for QHSE, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve our existing QHSE management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote and support sustainability initiatives, ensuring environmental considerations are integrated into all aspects of facilities management.
