Job Title: 1st Line Support Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Support Agent to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Commercial. As a 1st Line Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for all corporate and retail enquiries, dealing with a wide range of IT queries.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving IT issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of IT systems and equipment, and will be required to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively.
  • You will be working in a busy and vibrant environment, and will be expected to maintain a professional and calm demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1st line support experience is ideal, but other experience will be considered.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.
  • IT savvy and able to work with a variety of IT systems and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Working Hours:

You will be required to work shifts between 7.00am and 1.00am, 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays. Own transport is essential due to the nature of the hours.
